Plastic treatment – Flexible plastics
Flexible plastics that have a hydrophobic surface (PP, PET, Teflon, Fluoropolymers, …) are generally given printable or adhesive properties, through the modification of their surfaces, for their application in different sectors: flexible electronics, photovoltaic, lamination, packaging.
Modification of surface can be provided by a wet chemical treatment or by corona treatment, but the result is not permanent.
GRINP technology permits to modify the surface of plastics through a dry, chemicals-free, process and gain a permanent and extra-strong result.
